Urban property are those that according to the municipal planning have services such as potable water, street cleaning, and electricity.

There are deductions for rural real estate properties that are applicable according to the specific situation of the property, such as loans to improve the rural area, and in other cases there are exemptions in the payment such as if the valuation of the property is not greater than 15 unified basic salaries, for 2016 this is $366,00.
